I remember I woke up receiving a message from a friend this week saying, 'I pray Jesus will talk to you in your dreams.' I replied smiling, 'Jesus didn't talk to me in my dreams, but He sure did wake me up.' And I thought to myself how awesome it would be to see face to face and talk to the Son of Man. I honestly have been longing to see my Savior.

Well, the other day I wasn't able to really spend time with Him. I just read the Word like a duty. Something to tick off on my list. When I lay down on the bed that night, my spirit was low. And I remember telling Him that if He'd want to take my life that night, He has to let those people that I love know how much I love them. I know that was something crazy to say, but things like that have been said. I was talking to Him to sleep, and...

When I fell asleep, I had this dream. I was inside an abandoned building, it seemed that I was at the top floor, the highest floor. The whole place didn't have anything in it, there were no things and no paint - it looked like it has been affected by a fire. But I saw a lot of people in there with ropes attached on their bodies and they were at an open rectangular area of the building. They were rappelling down from one floor to another. I don't understand what exactly they were doing. It's like they had been through a lot of actions and were still preparing for something to come.

Moments later, I found myself at the balcony of the building. No sight of land around me. The entire place was flooded. There were roofs of houses, and top portion of few buildings. I noticed when I looked down that I was wearing a white robe! And there were people standing on my right side wearing the same thing! We were standing still, anticipating, steadfastly looking toward the open flooded place and the heavens - our bodies and eyes were fixed on one direction only. And then a very loud noise from the heavens came, "BOOM!" Then the brightest light (I have ever seen) broke out, and then came down a very huge white dove with its wings spread out.

 At some point between the heavens and the waters, it stopped. And then the dove was no longer. It turned into a Man. I saw the One who was wearing a white linen cloth, with shoulder length brown hair. His arms wide open, and He was looking down towards the earth. He has so much power and authority and glory and honor. All I could hear from my mouth was the name "JESUS!!!!!" The people with me in that balcony shouted and jumped with joy! I couldn't explain the joy I felt the moment I saw Him. We were pretty much turnt up seeing Him. In my mind, "The long wait is over. It is done. He is here!"

And then I saw a boat approaching on the left. And when it passed the building where we stood, I saw at the rear part of the vessel the 12 Apostles, they sparkled and shone so bright that they looked like not human beings to me. Jesus was either floating or walking on the water - I couldn't remember, but a moment later, I saw Him in the waters following the boat of the 12 Apostles cruising the flooded place. When Jesus was near our building, we waived at Him with so much reverence and joy in our hearts!

When I woke up, I was blank. All I know is that, when He comes back on earth, I want to be that person I saw myself in that dream. Standing prepared as a bride adorned for her Husband, gazing up into Him, blameless and pure with so much joy. And I know the vision is not just for me, but for all the people who are eagerly waiting for His appearing. His call is for us to continue standing firm in the midst of increasing chaos and lawlessness, abiding in His love and His word (written by the apostles under the direction and inspiration of the Holy Spirit), unashamed of the Good News making disciples until our time here is done or until He returns!

John 8:31- So Jesus said to those Jews who had believed in Him, "If you abide in My word [hold fast to My teachings and live in accordance with them], you are truly My disciples."

Philippians 3:20-21- But we are citizens of heaven, where the Lord Jesus Christ lives. And we are eagerly waiting for Him to return as our Savior. He will take our weak mortal bodies and change them into glorious bodies like His own, using the same power with which He will bring everything under His control.
